SPECIFICATIONS 

All wood framing. 4x4 pressure treated skids. Floor joists are 2x4's spaced 16" on center. They are covered with 5/8" plywood flooring. Sidewalls are constructed with 2x4 studs. 

The exterior is constructed with Duratemp. The roof consists of 2x4 rafters with 1/2" plywood and 30 year architechural shingles. There is a double plate on top of studs for rafters.

We are not responsible for:

Site, preparation, blocking and leveling of shed, site accessibility or property damage.

If site is inaccessible because of rocks, trees, fences or other buildings, our driver may unload the barn as close to the intended site as the conditions permit. If our driver must return with the barn a return cost will be charged to the customer. All barn units are delivered C.O.D. prior to unloading, unless otherwise specified. If not paid within specified terms, manufacturer has the right to retrieve the shed and keep any deposits to cover expenses.

OPTIONS

Wider doors, extra doors, ramps, higher sides, extra windows, cupolas, vents, weather vanes, shutters, flower boxes and overhead garage doors. Any size shed can be prefabricated and put together on your site at an additional cost.
